Mini-steak day, & HCG P2 Recipe ideas

I am up almost 2 pounds not sure why so I am doing a mini-steak day. I went to the Dr. today and I am going to have some blood drawn just to make sure I don't have any vitamin deficiencies and to check my cholesterol since the last time I went to have blood drawn (2 years ago) my cholesterol was borderline so I am checking to see what if any changes are going on. I think maybe my weight is up because the past 3 days my sleep has been crappy, and not sure as to why. My mini steak day will be a 100gram steak and an apple and drinking lots of water. I also want to mention another thing. I put on my jeans and they were a bit baggy on me and I could totally tell a difference in my belly and my thighs when wearing my jeans, I am feeling physically better.

    Good luck with the tests. And thanks for the YouTube links. I'm still trying to find out how to make the hcg onion ring things. I haven't found out how to make them yet - lol - and, go figure - my mouth is watering for onions. Since when?? LOL I'm telling you - this protocol is making me weird(er than I already am)!!

    If you have the "recipe" or instructions/directions how to make those onions - could you drop me an email??

    Keep up the good work. Don't stress the lbs. - I think your body has to get used to not eating the 500 calories. I think it will work itself out. Stay strong!

    Don't worry about your cholesterol - it's a scam to push statins. Cholesterol is good material that the body uses to repair cells. Big Pharma has brainwashed us all :)

    Good luck with the HCG. I tried it but my diet is limited since I am on blood thinners and can't eat a lot of greens.
