well I am quite impressed I have finished my first session of college and still lost weight. I have learned that if I use working out to eliminate the stress then it truly does help with the weight loss and keeping yourself focused. I am liking life a whole lot better now that the weight is coming off I have more energy and am excited to get out and do things with my friends.
