I am feeling better every day. I exercise nearly everyday, I have not had soda in over 2 weeks, and I eat right everyday. All it takes is a little time out of each day for yourself. I used to say I didn't have time to exercise, but I just cut out some TV time and that is now my exercise time. Staying accountable is empowering. I look forward to the day when I can run a 5k without stopping.
