Last week was a complete write off for exercise and food, as most of you know my sister-in-law passed away, and then my 91 year old Mom fell and broke her arm, I was on the hop, went straight out..so got a wee bit of exercise, but not the right kind, I was eating on the run, (no well balanced prepared menus) ...so needless to say my whole routine was thrown to the winds! On top of that I was called for my cortisone shot in my shoulder, and had 2 days of therapy..the week from Hell! I was wishing there was another me to spread around lol!
I will be happy to get back to normal, and into a regular pattern for exercise, it is un-believable but I feel the difference in that one week..it really hit home how much better I was feeling with planned healthy foods, no indigestion, bloating, gas(all these things I had last week) I felt more energetic with my exercise routine, I exercise several times a day in 15-20 minute work outs! Just goes to show you, this new healthy life style does work wonders for your body!
I will be settling back in to Spark and my usual routine this week...can't believe how my whole system got out of whack, just being away from my Spark routine for a week, so this has opened my eyes as to just how important it is to look after ourselves, and listen to what our bodies are telling us, we have a way of just ignoring what we see and feel, we have to stay more tuned in to our bodies, mentally and physically..seems we look after everyone, but ourselves!
