Your first video blog posted just fine. My weight moves up and down 8 lbs in a week just because ... it can. That is just normal. I like to think of my true weight as an average over several weigh-in over several weeks. A moving average is probably a more accurate estimate, certainly more stable. Hopefully the moving part of the average is downwards emoticon

    It COULD be that what you ate hadn't actaully all gone thru your system too (if you get what I mean :-) Your body can amazingly hang on to more than that, too, even when you are "pooping" regularly :-D

    It HAS to be mostly water. It would be difficult, at best, to eat 7 lbs worth of weight gain in one week!!!

I agree with LADY_DONKEY, drink lots of water and it will be gone next week!

    It worked for me! :-) You have such a nice voice. I hope you are not driving and blogging though. If I did that --- blog and drive at the same time -- the Spark censors would be all over me.

Well, I"m thinking the 7lb is mostly water weight, especially if what you ate was at all salty and or carby. Drink lots of water today and tomorrow and get back on track (today and tomorrow, of course) and you should drop most of that.

I hope you will continue to video blog! :-)
