Insanity workout DVD collection

Monday, May 10, 2010

So, I've gotten new motivation! I have a cruise in a couple of weeks, my father's wedding in June, and then my own wedding in October. I've been working hard, but I'm not making much progress. That's when I saw the infomercial for Insanity workout. It's supposed to be super intense, like p90X, but more cardio based than strength. I got it! As I was watching it, I kept saying to my fiance that I wish I could do a program like that. For the rest of the day, I kept thinking about it and realized there's no reason why I can't. It's all in my head. So, today is day 1 and I'm going to go for it! I'll be posting my results and feelings about it each day on here! Wish me luck!

Best of luck! Sounds like you've got so much motivation - you'll no doubt stick with it. I'm not that brave yet - still trying to work up to the P90X

YOU CAN DO IT! I was also scared of this workout and finally decided to go for it! While I haven't committed to it full time, following the regimen, I do some of the videos here and there and, while it kicks my butt, I LOVE them. I have improved greatly from the beginning! Do what you can do, push yourself to do a little bit more than you think you can, then do more the next time. YOU are worth it!
