I seem to be stuck at the scale. I've been bouncing around the same couple of pounds for months now. While I haven't always made the healthiest food choices 100% of the time, I do know that those splurges are probably going to happen. To expect them to never happen is not going to be a sustainable lifestyle for the future.
I finally took my measurements, hoping to have another dimension by which to measure my progress. I have the impression that I'm stronger, and my clothes continue to get looser, but I am actually a few pounds higher than my lowest weight of Sept 2009.
This IS this longest I've been at this weight and am fitter than I've ever been, even at 50+ So I will recommit to making good choices this week. I still hope to get close to my goal by the end of May (that's 4 pounds from here, which I know is a lot).
