Burning Calories

I'm walking at least 3km a day but obviously not fast enough to burn enough calories. On days when I do strength exercises, 3 days a week, do the strength exercises burn calories??

    they do and use a measuring tape!!!! i rely on that a lot so i don't get depressed. if i can see inches go bye bye the the numbers on the scale not dropping doesn't matter. Not only that, bu ti agree with everyone else about the clothing fitting differently. if you start wearing a belt fulltime you know your are an the right track.....GET NEW CLOTHES!!!!! lol. it's always uplifting to go shopping for new and smaller cloths. You can do this don't stop and don't worry

    Absolutely! And please know that the body will not just "dump" weight when you exercise. It really does take time and consistency. Pick out a piece of clothing that fits really snug and keep up with your workouts. Try the article on every 2 or 3 weeks and watch what happens. The clothing will reflect your progress and give you a goal to watch besides the scales. Keep Sparkin'!!!
