I was posting earlier on the Emotional Overeaters team about how I wanted to binge. In the end I didn't and pampered myself instead (fake tan, deep condition hair, etc). I was still craving chocolate so I decided to treat myself to a 2 finger bar of Kit Kat because it wouldn't blow my calorie allowance and I haven't had any chocoalte since Tuesday.
I went to the shop and bought a magazine, and bottle of water to take with me to class tomorrow. I usually just buy my water that day but sometimes I forget or I'm too busy so I'm pleased I planned ahead. They had no kit kats left so I bought a bar of Dairy Milk which was more calories than I'd planned on having.
I've just had some chicken casserole and bread and a cup of fruit tea. And, I'm proud of myself for this, because I've never done this before, but I ate half of my chocolate bar and I savoured it and put the other half away for tomorrow! That's quite an achievement for me.
