It's been awhile

It is easy to lose track of your goals. I know when I don't check in with SP I tend to gain weight. I want to lose the weight and become physically active, but it is so hard. I'll setup my menu for the new week and start again.

    Glad you're back! Its hard but if it were easy, we'd all be thin & obsessing about something else. lol Be encouraged it gets easy. . . .Do anything for 3 weeks & it becomes a habit.
