... but I should! It's bizarre. I've lost weight recently (I'm at 109 lbs. now) and it seems my caloric intake has gone up on the nutrition page. I don't know why. My exercise has not been totally consistent since I'm working now, so maybe I should lower that number on the fitness page. Who knows. But anyway, does anyone thing 1,540-1,890 cals for someone my weight (0h yes, and I'm 5'4") is just a little too high?
My mom thinks I'm sick. She's been having me drink Boosts. I want to make her happy, so I've been doing it. I'm not thrilled with that either. Guess I've got to add that into my calories as well. Yay, another 360 cals just from one stupid drink. It tastes nasty too.
So my goal for this month is to restart counting calories (and to find out how many I actually need. Help!). Thank you:)
