You are all wonderful people. I have been walking 3 to 4 miles a day. I was doing 4 miles but started to get so tired I wanted to go to sleep afterwards. So I tried walking 2 miles in morning and 2 in afternoon or night. Works better for me. 2 miles goes so fast just half an hour. I use 2 lbs weights they really helped. I switch things up I put a bike near my tv and bike until my butt gets sore. I have weights next to me when I watch tv, it helps when i feel like mindless eating I grab the weights and start using them and forget fast, that I wanted to munch on something. I lost 18 lbs in 12 weeks I have 30 or so more to lose. I am very low income but I have a jar and put a dollar in it for every pound I loose. I want to have my hair hylited. Can't waite to get enough.
