Well the deck is finally done..He did take my idea and it was easier than the way he wanted to do.Dr said i have acid reflux and gave me 2 meds 1 half hour before breakfast and 1 at night and not to drink anything for a couple of hours after i take the meds...
Well i took a little walk with flora when she took the dog for a walk at the dog park today..
Well i hope all my spark friends had a great day today and drank all their water....

    Bill sounds like a smart man to listen to you. I'm so glad your deck is finished and it turned out the way you want it.

I have a lot of indigestion at times so I just pop a few Tums and it goes away. I'm not one to go to a doctor unless I think I'm on my death bed.

The walk with Flora sounds fun.

    Oh that is painful. I was diagnosed with that a few years back. I went to my local health food store and bought aloe vera juice and drank that, it did help/ I also quit eating after dinner and quit beverages except for a few sips of water after dinner. It went away on it's own. The biggest reason I think I had it was I was eating at night before bed and then laying down. Hope yours clears up really fast too.

    I'm glad your deck is done. I'm glad you got a walk in today. It sounds like you had a good day. I have acid reflux too. I take over the counter medication for mine. I only have to take 1 pill a day.
