There always seems to be so many things that need to get done. It's no wonder that nothing gets done, it can be overwhelming. Just remember there's only 24 hours in a day, and you have to sleep, so there's only 16-18 hours to play with. Think of those 16-18 hours sitting on a plate and apply the healthy lifestyle rule of moderation. The more you pile on the plate the more you have to stress over. Do what you can in the time you have, take the time you need to do a good job and believe or not, it will build up your consistency to get tasks done and motivate you to keep working hard to make a difference as items are disappear off the plate.
