Happy Friday! It's been a good week. No Soda all week! For those of you who were as addicted to Soda as I was, you can understand what an accomplishment that is. I have worked out everyday this week. I did Jillian Michaels 30 day shred video 3 times, Pilates 1 time, and strength training exercises 1 time. I will be doing 30 day shred one time over the weekend and will be doing a walk/run program on Saturday. I now look forward to working out. I haven't seen but a couple of pounds melt away yet, but I know that if I stick to it, the pounds will start to come off soon
