This week hasn't been perfect! I am sure I could have done better and achieved more. There were some things I probably shouldn't have eaten. BUT I worked hard, I tried to make up for setbacks and I still lost 1.6 lbs. not a HUGE loss but the way I look at it, as long as I lose something each week whether it be lbs, % body fat or inches, that is a WIN. I am going to enjoy my much deserved day off from working out and start Saturday energized and with a new goal to lose at least 2 lbs next week!
