Go Hard or . . . .

Go light but just work it out! Oh did you think I was going to give an excuse not to workout because you aren't going hard? You know that ain't me! lol Since my neck is feeling better I have actually been able to do a few moves but I PROMISE you, they have been carefully calculated. lol
Today, I did walk the dog, did more walking, did 45mins of light weights & abs, did 20mins of glute work & will try to tie it all up with 30mins of kickboxing while watching my guilty pleasure:
I know, I know. . . . I am working on cutting back & trying studying the Word more & reading too. I hope you guys are doing something that's what counts. Small efforts will lead to big efforts.
