I had lost my motivation but I was able to get it back. Before that I was working out twice a day for almost an hour each and everyday! After a long and busy weekend helping my bro in law move, lifting and stairs, I did not get a chance to work out as much as I had been. Monday I had a lazy day, Tuesday I had softball. First time up to bat hit down the 3 rd base line took off running to first and felt the muscle in my upper thigh twist and pull!!! "I did make it 1st safe lol". I continued to play I was catching and I would bat and try my luck walking! What I learned was after so long of not being that active it was really stupid to jump right into a high intensity workout like I was. Not only does my upper thigh hurt but so does my hip. Until I am not hurting anymore I am walking, going to try to get 10,000 steps and slowly work back into a higher intensity cardio. Any advise for good workouts for cardio that are lower intensity?? I really want to keep losing weight but I don't want to hurt either.
