How can a person expect change when u keep on doing the same old things? Its not going to happen! and it hasn't. I need to get it in my head that u can't keep sitting on the fence and get the results u want. Get off that fence and do something, anything! Food is fuel not something to gobble down and feel sorry for yourself later. Ride that bike, go for the walk, shut off the darn tv, U have made excellent changes, don't give up for that twinkie or extra helping of bread. Drink that water to flush out the toxins. Now just do it!

    I can so relate. Eating habits are a LITTLE better, getting in a LITTLE more exercise and thinking...i should be losing..lol
Time to rev it up a LOT more. *S*
