Steer yourself in the right direction!

The best way to make it happen is to plan. Plan the activities you need to include and exclude from your daily routine. I meditate in the morning and the evening, and find there are positive affirmations that I find I repeat often and make me feel wonderful and strong. I've been slowly building the words that feed my fire, my positive self-talk.
I've also come across some really nice, peaceful sounds (mostly nature sounds, no words) that help me focus.
Now to put the two together...something I will be able to use when I meditate and have the message repeat and feed my thoughts in the direction I want to go. Who knows, it may even be an alternative to music on my walks.
Ah, yet another tool in the arsenal to steer myself in the right direction.
