I had made some cheat sheet cards for fast food restaurants in my area (photo on the blog) and a couple of folks have asked if they could see them or have a copy. I figure I'll post a link to a file that you can have of what I've got, which I'll do sometime later this week.
The restaurants I've picked are just ones I go too and the items I picked were less then 400 calories and just items I felt would fit into my food plan. Restaurants: McDonalds, Chick-fil-a, Wendys, Popeyes, Taco Bueno, Schlotzkys, Arbys, and Subway. I'll probably be adding some others, specifically Jason's Deli, Pei Wei, Panera Bread etc...
