Staying on Track

Although I was not able to exercise yesterday (other than walking to and from the train station approx. 20 minutes) - I stuck to my diet and drinking only water. Today, my husband and I are going to walk 2 times around my apartment complex (which is around 2.75 miles) and then I will do Power 90 Strength training.
