  Thank you for sharing. Will try. I also do Tai Chi- started a few months ago, have bad knee. The Arthritis Foundation suggests Tai Chi. At first, I took a book out of the libreay and then bought it on line for $15. Really helps the pain and relaxes you. Have a great day

    My doc gave me some exercises to do to help my arthritic fingers/hands, but these look like more fun to do. Will give them a try! Thanks for posting.
