I am feeling so good! FINALLY!
I started doing pilates and yoga last week and I am feeling strong and capable again . Today I stopped taking my antibiotics that I have been on for months! I am hoping my body will be ok about it and that I don't get sick again. I will have a repeat echocardiogram on Wednesday and see my cardiologist in the afternoon to see if my heart is stable . I am presently riding my bike, doing spin class 3 or 4 times a week, doing water aerobics 2x a week , swimming occasionally, hope to get back to strength training and adding more cardio. I am BACK! I HOPE!
