It was quite the weekend! I barely managed to stay within my Spark Ranges - at least close enough!

Today I managed to get a small calorie differential!

I'm curious about something. What is a good calorie deficit per day? 500? I've been trying to do research on it and am coming up empty and would love some advice. :)
