I had a great week last week! I lost 2.5 pounds, didn't drink soda for 5 out of 7 days, and I walked a 5K in 55 minutes. Goal for next year is to be running in the 5K. My whole attitude is changed. I am eating better and think about everything before I put it in my body. I have exercised everyday, even if it's only for 10 minutes, I made myself do something. I got my husband to go walking with me, did Jillian Michaels 30 day shred video 3x, and did some 8 minute toning videos for arms, abs and legs. I hope I do just as well this week!
