Best time for Elliptical Training, AM or PM?

When it's better to exercise myself on the Elliptical trainer, AM just after waking up or PM just before to get some sleep?

    I've always heard that it's better to workout in the morning than evening, in general... but I always workout at night.

I never give a workout my "all" in the morning because I am always so sleepy and would rather be sleeping in a little longer, but some people do enjoy their morning workouts!

My evening workouts really work for me because after a long, sometimes stressful day, it's feels good to really tucker myself out by going to the gym. Afterwards, I sleep like a baby!
