i got my groove back last week and lost 2lbs. it's been getting so busy since spring broke. our boys are more active with extracurriculars and now i'm coaching t-ball. i think i may have found my balance. it's amazing how quickly your energy level saps when you deviate from your routine. that's been one of my biggest revelations. to all of you just starting out or not long into your journey, keep at it. like everyone says "this isn't a diet" . you can change your life, but it takes patience. you'll find all kinds of support here. USE IT!! be faithful to yourself and you'll get the results you seek. i'm about to hit the 40# lost mark and i've got a ways yet to go, but i'll get there. i really appreciate all of my sparkfriends and this forum to keep me focused. take care everyone, and keep the spark. -Brad
