It's funny (ok not really) how you can start each day with the best of intentions, and yet time and time again let bad decisions during your day ruin any efforts you started. I had lost 88lbs and within the last month gained back 6lbs from making excuses and stupid decisions. I would like to use end of semester workload and lack of time as an excuse, but the truth is I need to be able to make good decisions regardless.
I am starting to track everything again today and welcome anyone who wants to encourage me if they notice me losing focus in my diet. So once again, I am starting my day with the best of intentions, but today I intend to finish with the best of results.
