I always thought I ate right. I got up, ate breakfast, worked out, went to work, ate lunch, tried to eat balanced, came home ate a what I thought was healthy snack, cooked dinner and went to bed. I thought I was making enough fish, eating enough veggies and devouring fruit! until the day I found the SparkPeople page. When I really started keeping track of everything, and I mean everything right down to the seasoning I used, I couldn't believe how many calories were going in my body! WHO KNEW!!!! So for the last couple days have been adding in and keeping track. I think, no I know I am driving my co-workers and my husband crazy. I keep saying, "do you know how many calories are in that?" I get looks and not the looks that will keep you alive that's for sure! But I know, I now know how much is going in. I don't own a scale at home and my only means of wieghing myself is on Monday afternoon at my workout class. I will be curious how much if any I have lost this week since I have been keeping track. I know that with this program it will make me more continence of how balanced I am eating and how much I am eating. Wish me luck!
