I have to say April was a crazy month! Lots of stuff going on - much of it good but also a distraction to keeping up with things on SP. I am working on the balance of things in my life.
I know life happens so I am continually realizing that I have to find what works for me and my family and still stay on track with a healthy lifestyle. I have joined the SP May Challenge so am excited about the consistency and accountability of that challenge. My goal for this month is to exercise at least 20 minutes EVERY DAY!! I need to say that "out loud" so that other people know and can make me accountable - maybe I just need to make my own self accountable?? Hmmm?!
Thinking about things that are coming up in the next few months, I am trying to plan how to best take care of things. My youngest is now ready to go get his driving permit. Where is that white-blonde headed little boy? How is it that he is now over 6 ft tall and wanting to take control of my vehicle?? Yikes!! I am also supposed to have some surgery in June - so won't be cleared to exercise for several weeks. Yikes-again! (Chair aerobics??)
I walked/ran two miles today - so am back on track. One day at a time!! Hope everyone has a great month!! It is May 1st! Let's Go Y'all!
