Rewards

I'm not good at rewarding myself for weight loss. I mean, the healthy loss itself is a reward, and the added fitness is a reward. Recognizing that I'm 56 pounds closer to my goal weight than I was a year ago and rewarding myself for that? Not so much.

There are a few factors involved here. First, I don't view self-care as a reward.
