Make May the Month for Fitness

The end of the month is when leaders check where their team's standing in their category for monthly Spark Points and Fitness Minutes. I found my teams are wow on Spark Points and ok on Fitness Minutes. That says something about progress of the individuals.

    May is definitely a month of fitness for me. My ankle and leg are getting stronger so I'm hoping for a great month of exercise!

    I am with you on the exercise. I have just recently upped my calories burned from 4500 a week to 5000 minimum. I do 4 mile watp dvd's 5-6 days a week, plus I do brisk 2-3 mile walks thoughout the week along with wii plus step-ups. I need to exercise now- yes I am addicted!
