Greetings from Mile High Denver, Springtime in the Rockies!
My Niece is getting married next Saturday so my family will be flying in soon. UGH! No stress whatsoever, right? How does someone maintian their weight goals during such a time as this? Family alone is stress enough, but knowing all the fattening food will be everywhere to stress eat. I think of a plan of action is needed...here is my plan:
No alcohol (I will have more control with no alcohol), besides how much fun to watch everyone else drink and I be the sober one??
Drink water with a slice of lime (i can keep slices of lime in my purse for the zing).
Stand and mingle, go for a walk with a family member.
That is all I can think of for now, any suggestions? Oh yes, and NEVER go to the events hungry!
