I am feeling a bit nervous. I'm on Week 5 of Couch to 5K... the workout I was scheduled to do today was the 20-minute run, but I opted for a 35-minute walk (at 4 mph) and tomorrow I will simply run for as long as I can. I am hoping to run for at least half of the race. I'll be happy to do the 5K in less than 40 minutes.
I bought myself a good-luck charm recently and I'll be wearing it tomorrow as well. I have a good friend here in my Texas town, a Maori immigrant from New Zealand, who has inspired me a lot. So I ordered a Maori carved bone pendant, LOL...
