Update & Photo Food Journal Thursday April 29th 2010

Ok I dont have time today to put all my food from yesterday into my food tracker so Im not sure on the calories of everything... Im pretty positive that I dident go over though. I have to take my son to see his father on the other side of NC today and its a long drive (about 7 hours round trip) so I have to get going. I wanted to get all my food down on my blog at least. I think I did good yesterday.

The Way Im tracking my food seems to be paying off... I lost another 2 pounds this week!!! yaaaay. I am now in the 180's OMG... thats really exciting. You know once I get in the 170's I wont be able to remember the when I was that weight. I dident weigh myself when I was in elementary school. I really feel my body starting to catch up to the weight loss... my skin seems to be firming up because under my arms and my belly arent as loose as they once were. This makes me so happy because I was under the impression that I would have alot of loose skin... not too long ago it was very loose in those two places. Now the only places where there is any noticable looseness is my inner thighs and my breasts :-( .... the girls arent in a happy place and I dont think they are going to bounce back. I geuss thats why they make good bras though, Im not planning to be a nude modle once Im thin so it shouldent matter much.

Im happy and excited... I can see myself being close to my goal by the end of the year If I can keep this pace up. I was worried that I wasent going to get there because I was having a very hard time before dropping the weight.

Food journal

Breakfast: 1 egg, 2 egg whites, 1 slice toast with zero cal butter spray and strawberry preserves, 2 slices turkey bacon


Lunch: turkey, roasted red peppers, & cheddar sandwich thin pannini.... progresso lentil soup


snack: Joy waffle cone & two scoops cookies and cream ice cream


Dinner: chicken fajitas, 1 tortilla, light sour cream, salsa, 1/4 avocado, lettuce, tomato, 1 tbls ranch, 1/2 cup uncle bens santa fe ready rice


baked tositos scoops with 1/4 cup cheese sauce, light sour cream, salsa


mini bell pepper halves with 2 tbls light cream cheese sprinkled with dill weed


..........

I really wanted two fajitas but stuck to one.... that was hard, they were really good.
