Well it has been a tough couple of weeks as the scale has fluctuated up and down but never going lower then my current weigh-in weight (if that makes sense)! I was stuck at this 185.6 for 2 weeks and what an odd number to be stuck at but this morning the scale FINALLY read 184 lbs you can't even imagine how happy I am just to be below that number because it has been a tough last few weeks and when the scale was showing that it was even more frustrating!! I stopped counting calories about a month ago which wasn't entirely bad but at first I did great I kept losing and watched everything I ate but then I started to let it slide. I started allowing myself more and more things I shouldn't and then I started slacking in my gym workouts too and of course the scale showed it. This week I picked it up going back to the gym everyday and counting calories (even when I went over) I did go over my 1200-1500 calories on a few days but at least I counted them. I know counting is not everything and I need to eventually get beyond that but obviously I am not ready for that yet! So starting a new week today and I will work hard and count everything I eat and hope for a 2 lb weight loss next week (haven't had one of those in a long time)! Please feel free to share any motivational words you have! Thanks ladies for your support and I will complete this journey 36 lbs down and 34 lbs to go I am over half way there so NO quitting now!!!
Also hoping to be ready to run a 5k with a good friend and my hubby on July 10th but not there yet!! Still need to work on that I am currently up up running 2 miles but the last 0.5 is really pushing it!!
