I have stuck with my small goals for 2 days now, I know 2 days doesn't sound like much but it has help me put a more positive spin on things. I feel better and have more energy and most of all I think I can actually lose the weight and become more fit so I can enjoy life!!!!!!!!!!!!! emoticon
