Keeping up with Curves

I have not usually been able to keep up with an exercise routine. But I think Curves is the answer for me. First, my usual excuse of it is so far away doens't apply (it is on the way home). Second, I don't feel intimidated by the others who are exercising. It is such a great atomosphere and lastly, I am getting constant encouragement. What more could a person ask for.
I am trying to do the 3 times a week minimum but will try to get in as much as I can because it feels good too. Hopefully, I will begin to feel results but so far so good.
