I don't know why I did it today. Maybe it's because after maintaining my current weight, albeit not my goal, and feeling like I've rebounded well from any injuries, sprains and illnesses it was time to remind myself what I am shooting for. I found a virtual weight loss simulator and played around with the numbers, slowly stepping down from where I am to where I aim to be and Voila. I was pleased to still feel good about the weight I am shooting for and it was good to see a real picture, with all the inbetween stages, showing me what I'm working hard to achieve and letting my imagination be my guide.
