I just took the peaches in the glass messuring cup and poped them in the microwave by themselves for like 40 seconds... I have a really high power microwave and it really depends how cool or warm you want them.... When I cook the old fashioned oats I take the peaches and throw them in durring the last two minutes of cooking the oats.. you know it takes 5 minutes once you put the oats in the water.... works out well.

The oatmeal loks awesome! How long do you thaw the peaches in the microwave? Do you thaw them by themselves or on top of the oatmeal?
