well today I ended up right at the top of my calorie range so no tastey snacks for me after dinner :-( I geuss that is what happens when you overeat at dinner though.... it was so good though, I couldent resist.

Breakfast: Plain Oatmeal w/ splenda, sliced almonds & frozen peaches thawed in the microwave: 236 cal
(a really good combination if you have never tried it)


Lunch: baked sandwich thin w/ turkey, tomato pesto, mozzerella & roasted red peppers...... 1/2 can light progresso chicken noodle soup: 407 cal


Snack: 1 slice strawberry cheese cake: 190 calories


Dinner: 1 & 1/2 servings lean meat loaf, 2 tbls ketchup, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes w/ light margarine, 1/2 cup frozen peas, 1/2 cup broccoli with 1/4 cup cheese sauce. : 891 calories
(OMG I ate too much and I should have not put that extra meat loaf on my plate.... but it was sooooo good!..... I will do much better tomorow :-)..... )

Total calories eaten: 1724 ..... dident go over :-)
