recommiting to the team (6WBMO) and to myself. Today I will commit to being a better team member and to sticking with the POP and doing my cardio daily, drinking my water everyday and to logging on and joining the forums. I will take it one day at a time and I will be successful.

Woohoo and have a POP day.
