Well I've been rating my days and they are pretty much between 3 and 7 mostly in the middle because I keep latching on to a cookie or a llittle bowl of ice cream. Usually not enough to bump me out of my calorie range. I just don't lose and pounds unless I amin the lowest part of the calorie range. I'm working on it but have already messed up the day with a cookie...they are now gone.
