Getting Back to *ME*

Monday, April 26, 2010

I think it was about two years ago that I gave up on myself and accepted a false defeat. As unfortunate as it is that it has taken this long to choose to correct that, I am certainly glad that I have come upon the motivation and desire to change. I want to be a better Danielle, a better person in my own little life and a better person in the grand scheme of the Universe.

I particpated in the Walk to Defeat ALS yesterday as Team Captain of Vitas Inland Empire. Vitas is a national sponsor of this event and I was very excited to be a part of it. I think somewhere between the edge of Fairmount Park and the Mission Inn, I decided my life has creeped out of my control and I need to get a handle on it before something bad happens.

I am here for my HOLISTIC health, to begin a trnasformation back to a better me.
So begins...Day 1.

    emoticon Danielle to Spark,
I just read your introduction in the community section and noticed you blogged, so here I am.

I am so glad you have the motivation and desire back to become healthier. You sound like one spunky woman who has a lot to offer.

You can do it here and are never alone.
