I have been avoiding it for two months but finally had a forced weigh-in at the doctor for regular check-up---BAD NEWS 26 lbs higher than two years ago and 20 lbs higher thn 4 months ago----PROBLEMS TO FIX----like no more dinner out w/bf and got to reduce the carbs for at least May-August. I expect it will take that long to kick off these 20 horrible pounds----and must start tracking the sleep. I'm still doing between 300-400 cardio minutes each week so something is out of whack with the food and sleep.
