End of Lean Phase...Squating/Lif

I decided to for go Burn It Off and Recharge today and substituted all this PACKING I've been doing today. There was plenty of squating, lifting, bending, and holding the core.
It may not be INTENSE cardio but it sure is some form of mild circuit training...LOL!! I think I will do Slim & Limber before bedtime just to get a GOOD stretch of these muscles.
I do have 90 day photos and measurements to take, too. This ChaLean Extreme program has truly been a journey.
I start Lean For Life on Monday and can't wait!
