Well, hello my long lost spark lovers! It has been way too long. I have one day of class left and then I can get my butt back into gear. I am 3 pounds away from being in 140ville. I can not wait to get there. But once I get there I gotta make myself keep going. Gotta keep taking it 5 pounds at a time. I'll have 20 more pounds to go all together. I GOTTA DO IT, I GOTTA DO IT!!!!!
My bestie has now got me addicted to Zumba. I absolutely love it! It's just sooo much fun! I'm excited that I will be able to go to more classes with her when I am done with school. I've missed my workout bestie :]
One thing I need to start doing more of is strength training. It's hard to get to the gym cause I have to find a baby sitter. Does anyone know of some good strength training circuits to do?
