Five Great Things

NOTE: keeping this old post up for motivation! Five Great Things was something I would post on a weekly basis for motivation. It was a great help!
I used to post this weekly and think this will be a good thing to get back to doing... not only as a record, but for encouragement and motivation.
1.) Had to run to the produce section to price out my Butter Lettuce for the cashier. Did it easily and without getting out of breath.
2.) At the New Rules weight lifting session, it was obvious I've jumped in how much weight I can now lift. I've noticed that it will stabilize for several sessions and then you will get a huge leap forward.
3.) Starting to get more feel for my seatbones again (a great thing for dressage riders).
4.) My butt has shrunk again; the first place I lose weight.
5.) I have lost some size in my bust, which considering how much bust I have, that is a good thing (unlike my mother, while I might lose some in the bust, I will stabilize at a C cup. Since my breast reduction surgery about 20 years ago I now can lose in that area; before I did not).
