It's all about 2 steps forward, one step back. I'm very happy with my accomplishments and no longer beat myself up with a couple pounds of weight gain. I've decided anything less than a 4 pound gain is nothing to panic about. I step it up in my cardio, step it down in my caloric intake and lose not only the 4 but an additional 2 or 3. I know in my heart of hearts I'll never allow myself to be where I came from. I'll make it to the 150. Been very close and got side tracked with trips and conferences and regained 3.5 pounds. SOOOOOO easy to do but as of today..... it's another 2 steps forward and the next blog will be at my ideal weight of 150 by June 1.
