Where the Focus goes...............t
he Power Flows......

I read this on a sign.......and then I couldnt get it out of my head.WOW it is powerful, dont you think.I had lost focus and thought that I was powerless against my battle. But the truth is we are never powerless. We are not made to be powerless.I just lost focus.I let time get by me with no positive results only negative thoughts in my mind.I have the power in my mind to do this and to STOP looking back.I have been reading all the sucess stories on spark and confirming what I know is true.It can be done and I can do it.I am learning, and that is what it is all about.Every day that I stay focused is another day closer to reaching my goal. There is no magic pill or fast weight loss fix................I have learned that the hard way.If I keep my eye focused on the prize,I will have the power to reach it.I just wanted to share this with anyone that reads it.Maybe somone that is struggling like I have.Just stay focused on your goal, and you will have the power to achieve it.If Gods eye is on the sparrow...........I know he is watching me.Because we know he does not leave us powerless.I can do all things thru him that strengthens me.So remember where the focus goes the power flows.

Thanks.. Sure needed to be brought back into focus.. I have not lost one pound.. Sure makes me sad that I have not had the power within to do what I have needed to do. I now have to push things into my mind and follow it all. Thanks again for putting me where I need to be.. Have a wonderful day and week. Hugs, Carol

Too True!. It's easy with all the distractions and other committments to "loose focus" or focus on another goal. Thanks for sharing.
